Terms of Service

1. General Provisions
- These Terms of Service govern the use of the website available at hedgelab.eu (the “Service”), operated by Adrian — HedgeLab / NairdaWeb (the “Provider”).

- Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
- These Terms are made available free of charge in a format that allows downloading, saving and printing.
2. Types and Scope of Services
The Service provides the following electronic services:
- Client panel — project management, tickets and documents.
- Chat — real-time communication between the client and the HedgeLab team.
- Information website — presentation of the offer, portfolio, documentation and blog.
- Contact form — ability to send an enquiry without creating an account.
3. Technical Requirements
To use the Service you need:
- A device with Internet access.
- A web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — current versions).
- An active email address (for registration and communication).
4. Registration and User Account
- Access to the client panel requires an account. Registration is by invitation only (registration token).
- Users must provide accurate information.
- Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials (username, password) confidential.
- Sharing an account with third parties is prohibited.
- The Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these Terms.
5. User Rights and Obligations
Users agree to:
- use the Service in accordance with applicable law and these Terms,
- refrain from actions that could disrupt the Service or compromise the security of other users,
- not upload unlawful content (including offensive content, content infringing copyright, or malware),
- promptly notify the Provider of any security breaches.
6. Provider Rights and Obligations
The Provider commits to:
- exercising due care to ensure the continuity and quality of services,
- protecting user data in accordance with the Privacy Policy,
- providing advance notice of planned maintenance downtime where possible.
The Provider reserves the right to:
- temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance purposes,
- change the scope of services with reasonable notice.
7. Complaints
- Complaints about the Service should be submitted to: support@hedgelab.eu
- A complaint should include: a description of the problem, the date and circumstances of its occurrence.
- The Provider will process complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
- The response will be sent to the email address provided by the User.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content in the Service (texts, graphics, code, logos) is the property of the Provider or used with the rights holder’s permission and is protected by copyright law.
- Copying, distributing or modifying Service content without the Provider’s consent is prohibited.
- The User grants the Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and process User-submitted content solely for the purpose of providing the services.
9. Liability
- The Provider is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or external infrastructure failures.
- The Provider is not liable for content submitted by Users.
- The Provider’s total liability is limited to the value of services provided to the User in the preceding 3 months.
10. Termination
- Users may cancel their account at any time by contacting the Provider.
- The Provider may terminate the agreement with a User who breaches these Terms, with 14 days’ notice (unless the breach is serious — in which case with immediate effect).
- After termination, the account will be deleted and data processed only in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to the Terms
- The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms.
- Users will be notified of changes at least 14 days in advance (by email or in-service notification).
- Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Final Provisions
- Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of 18 July 2002.
- Any disputes will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Provider’s registered address, unless consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.
- These Terms come into force on 6 March 2026.
